14 March 2013 Chest, Back

First day back in the gym since last Thursday. Kept my workout short this evening.

Stiff-arm Pulldowns 60/13
Close grip Pulldowns 150/15
Fly machine triple drop set 130/12,110/12,90/12
Machine chest press 150/9
Crunch machine 150/12

Like I said this was a short workout.
