Today I trained legs and walked/run on the track.
Seated leg press machine 4 x 10Leg extensions 3 x 12
Hyperextensions 4 x 10
Leg curls 3 x 10
Calf press 4 x 15
Calf raises machine 3 x 12
This was a pretty quick workout
as I kept rests between sets pretty short under one minute. Amount of weight
was moderate. After the workout went out to the track and ran/walk one mile.
This has been the first time I have been on a track in a year. Looking forward
to a day of rest tomorrow.
